Cut apricots into small pieces. Quarter the strawberries and remove the stalks.

Arrange the finely chopped fruit in a small bowl.

Season the yogurt with the vanilla flavoring, fold in the whipped cream and pour over the fruit.

Toast oat flakes and sesame seeds in a dry frying pan and sprinkle on top.
