For the egg dish, chop the bell bell pepper and sun-dried tomatoes into small cubes. Melt the butter in a small frying pan (glass ceramic) over medium heat.

First add the peppers to the pan and sauté, then add the sun-dried tomatoes. If some liquid forms, roast the vegetables until it is gone. Crack the eggs into a small cup and mix them neatly with a fork or whisk with a little salt and some pepper. Then add to the vegetables and stir briefly, letting it set a bit.

Carefully scrape the egg mixture from the outside to the inside, turning gently, do not stir firmly, otherwise you will destroy the consistency! Make sure that the mass is not completely cooked through, otherwise the egg dish will be a little too dry.
