Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:
Very finely dice the bell bell pepper, onion and yellow beet. Lightly fry the mince in batches with the vegetables, then season with coriander, salt and pepper. Cool and stir in the finely chopped kitchen herbs.
Form the quantity in the puff pastry and close the dumplings. Prick the dumplings several times and brush with milk.
Cook at 200 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with a light, dry red wine.
