For the zucchini noodles, peel the zucchini and cut into strips (=noodles) with a julienne cutter. Press the garlic and fry it in a pan with a little oil.
Deglaze with the Rama Creme Fine and add the zucchini noodles to the sauce and cook for 2-5 minutes until al dente.
Finally, add the cheese and season the pasta with salt and pepper.
