Wash radishes, remove leaves and roots and chop finely. Steam quinoa in double amount of salted water until soft.
Wash young onions and cut into diagonal rings.
Mix quinoa with lentils, radishes and young onions.
Pluck lemon balm, chop and mix into the salad. Season with olive oil, a little lemon juice, salt and pepper,
Sprinkle the salad with radish sprouts and serve lukewarm.
