For the salmon wrap with avocado cream and dill mustard, pit the avocado and spoon it out of the skin.
Put everything in a bowl with the sour cream and mash well. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Place tortilla patties on a plate and spread a layer of avocado cream, next to it a strip of dill mustard and now spread the salmon on top.
