When the soup is cooked, about 20 min. preparation time. From the beef , greens and spices prepare a strong soup. Cook potato pieces in it al dente (about 10 min.). Chop cucumbers very finely with a cradle knife, add. Fold in light roux, season with a little sugar, cucumber broth and grained soup sweet and sour. The stew should not be kept too thick. Steep for at least 20 minutes. The soup tastes excellent when it is warmed up. Sprinkle with parsley or dill when serving.

Tip: Always use aromatic spices to refine your dishes!
