Instructions:

Score the pork chops to create a pocket.

Wrap a little cheese in each slice of ham.

Fill each chop with a ham and cheese packet and close the chops with toothpicks.

Heat oil in a roasting pan.

Season the chops with salt and with pepper.

Place bread crumbs, beaten egg and flour on a plate each.

Bread each chop as usual and sear briefly on each side.

Finish cooking the chops in the oven at 210 °C for 5 to 10 minutes.

Arrange with any garnishes and serve.
