Zucchini Cheese Toast

For the zucchini cheese toast, prepare two slices of toast sandwich.

Cover each slice with a slice of cheese, season the thinly sliced zucchini with a little herb salt and place between the two slices.

Fold the toast and place in a mini oven (alternatively a sandwich toaster) for a few minutes at about 200°C until lightly browned.

For an even browning it is recommended to turn the zucchini cheese toast once.
