Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Beat egg yolks, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar until foamy, gradually add water and oil.
Mix flour, nuts and baking powder and stir into the yolk mixture. Stir in beaten egg whites.
Line a baking tray (35 x 30) with baking paper and spread the dough on it and bake at 180 °C until golden brown.
Beat egg whites with fine crystal sugar and water over steam until stiff. Reposition the nut base with baking frame and immediately spread the sugar snow on the nut base. Allow to cool.
Heat chocolate glaze as directed and glaze. When cool, loosen the edge and cut the slices.
