For low carb protein bread with flax seeds from the Thermomix, grease the loaf pan with oil. Preheat the oven to 180 °. Add the almonds to the mixing bowl and chop for 20 seconds / speed 5. Set aside 5 g (1 tsp) of the linseed, add the rest to the almonds in the mixing bowl and grind for 5 seconds / speed 8.
Add the oat bran, sunflower seeds, eggs and curd to the mixing bowl. Add the baking powder and the sea salt and mix everything for 20 seconds / speed 4. Push the mixture down the side of the bowl with the spatula and mix everything again for 3 seconds / speed 4.
Pour the batter (it will be very moist!) into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with the flaxseed set aside. Place the pan in the hot oven (center) and bake the bread until golden brown in about 1 hour, then let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes more.
Turn the bread out of the pan onto a cooling rack and let it cool completely. Store it wrapped in plastic wrap in the refrigerator. This way, the low carb protein bread with flax seeds from the Thermomix will keep for up to 1 week. Or cut the cooled bread into slices and freeze.
