Chop the green and black olives and the artichoke bottoms in a food processor. Add garlic salt, mayo and capers and finely grind the whole. Slice baguette rolls (sub rolls), brush olive sauce on both halves. Pile ham, salami and cheese slices on the bottom half of the roll, close, wrap in aluminum foil and place in the oven at about 100 °C for 20 to 30 minutes.
Tip: It’s best to use your favorite ham – then your dish will taste twice as good!
