Instructions:

A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Cream vanilla sugar, sugar, butter and egg.

Add chocolate powder, nougat cream and juice of one lemon in turn.

Mix flour and baking powder, sift into the mixture and make a firm dough.

Press the dough into a greased cake springform pan, raising a small rim.

Mix curd cheese, juice of one lemon and egg yolk until smooth, gradually add sugar, vanilla sugar and semolina.

Whip egg whites to egg whites and stir in.

Form cream on the dough, bake on the spot at 175 °C for about 60 minutes. The curd cake should remain light, so that the contrast to the dark base is preserved.

Possibly decorate with a little bit of chocolate leaves.
