Instructions:

1. mix eggs with milk. Stir in bread, bacon and parsley and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything well and add just enough flour to hold the mixture together.

2. form dumplings with wet hands. let clear soup bubble up. Dust dumplings lightly with flour and cook at low temperature for 15 to 20 minutes. During cooking, the dumplings must be completely covered by the clear soup. Serve in the clear soup, sprinkled with grated cheese.
