Mix flour with beaten egg, pinch of salt and enough warm milk or hot water to form a thin dough. Make sure that no lumps form. Heat clarified butter in a pan, add dough and toast until a crust forms. Divide into several pieces, turn them and fry again until golden brown. Serve with green salad, milk or coffee, as desired.
