Instructions:

Beat the egg yolks, egg and sugar in a mixer for at least ten minutes until stiff. Crush the pepper with the back of a wide knife and add to the sugar foam together with the lime juice, vodka and grated rind. Fold in whipped cream and freeze in baking cups, coffee cups or a loaf pan for one night.

Serve: This ice cream specialty goes well with an exotic fruit salad.

Tip: Always use aromatic spices to refine your dishes!
