Maybe your new favorite bean dish:
Sauté the onion and garlic in hot oil and add the mince. Stir-fry for about five minutes (feel free to stir a tiny bit longer). Stir in bay leaf spice, chili seasoning and oregano.
Add beans and tomatoes with their juice and make the chili 45 min.
Serve with white bread.
