Instructions:

For bibimbap (Korean rice bowl), first wash and dry spinach leaves. Heat peanut oil in a pan, sauté spinach leaves briefly and hotly and season with sesame oil and soy sauce.

Quarter or halve mushrooms depending on size. Heat peanut oil in a pan and sauté mushrooms in it for about 2 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

For the dressing, mix all ingredients together well.

Place rice in the center of the bowls. Arrange remaining ingredients around and drizzle bibimbap with dressing.
