White Chocolate Ice Cream

For the white chocolate ice cream, heat the milk. Melt the chocolate in it and let it cool down.

Whip the cream with the lemon juice until semi-stiff. Fold the cooled chocolate mixture into the whipped cream.

Finish the mixture in the ice cream maker and freeze in the freezer. Serve the white chocolate ice cream.
