For deviled eggs with anchovies, peel the boiled eggs, cut them in half and carefully remove the yolks with a teaspoon. Mash the yolks and mix with butter, mayonnaise and mustard.

Chop the anchovy fillets and stir them into the egg mixture with the spices. Fill the mixture into the egg halves with two teaspoons and decorate as desired.
