For scalloped yogurt with fruit, drain the yogurt in a strainer lined with a cloth towel. Fillet the orange, reserving the juice.

Add orange fillets and juice as well as powdered sugar, Grand Manier and vanilla bean and marinate for 2-3 hours.

Chop berries as desired, fill into dessert bowls and stir in orange fillets with marinade.

Spread yogurt cream on top, sprinkle generously with brown sugar and flame until sugar caramelizes. Serve immediately.
