Make oil hot, pour a good unit of smoked bacon.
Squeeze the cabbage well, and add with bay leaves and juniper berries.
Pour the dry sparkling wine, steam for a moment.
Add pineapple pieces with juice, cover and steam for a moment.
Add the honey and cover with the lid.
Now lift with a fork and steam gently with the lid open until enough liquid has evaporated (a quarter of an hour).
Finally, season with a strong pinch of cayenne pepper.
