Cook polenta according to package directions, mix the crumbled feta cheese with sour cream and season with salt. Spread this mixture on the polenta. Fry the four eggs to make fried eggs. Using a scoop, cut out large dumplings from the polenta mixture and place on a plate. Serve with fried egg, pepperoni and the pickled vegetables.
