Instructions:

For the rice pudding with poppy seeds and tangerines, first boil down the juice of the tangerines lightly with the maple syrup, add the cleaned tangerine slices and warm them in the syrup.

Bring milk, whipping cream, sugar, vanilla and salt to a boil. Add rice. Simmer rice pudding over low heat and let swell for about 30 minutes.
