A cake recipe for all foodies:
For the topping, melt butter and gradually fold in sugar, vanilla sugar and milk. Fold in coconut flakes and cool.
For the dough, stir curd with milk, oil, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Mix flour with baking powder, sift and fold in half, knead in the rest.
Roll out the dough to just under 1/2 cm thick on a greased baking tray, brush with milk and spread the coconut mixture evenly over the dough. Place a piece of aluminum foil folded over several times in front of the dough. Put the tray into the preheated oven and bake at 175-200 °C for about 20 minutes.
