For the quiche with goat cheese and seasonal vegetables, first grease a quiche dish and lay out the dough in it. Preheat the oven to 170 °C convection oven.
Prick the bottom with a fork. Mix the eggs, whipped cream, Kotányi VEGGY Classic, and fresh goat cheese in a bowl. Pour into the quiche form with the dough.
Wash the carrots and cut them in half lengthwise. Wash spinach.
Spread carrots, spinach and pine nuts in the quiche. They should be mostly covered with liquid. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake quiche with goat cheese and seasonal vegetables for about 35 minutes at 170 °C.
