Instructions:

Pit the olives and sauté in hot olive oil with the chopped shallots, garlic cloves and chili pepper. Allow to cool and blend together with the chopped rosemary in a glass blender (or food processor). Season to taste with sea salt, lemon juice and pepper. Process further or store in a tightly sealed container.
