For the melon chia dessert, dice the melons and puree with the lemon sugar using a blender (should yield about 100 ml).
Add the chia seeds and mix well. It is best to stir well again after about 10 minutes to avoid lumps.
Refrigerate for at least 2 – 3 hours, preferably overnight. Stir occasionally. Save a few melon pieces for decoration.
For the cream, mix the curd, yogurt and sugar. In a dessert bowl, first fill the chia melon pudding and put the curd cream on top.
Decorate with a few melon pieces.
