A cake recipe for all foodies:
Sift the flour with the baking powder on the surface, make a dent, vanilla sugar, sugar, salt and eggs in the dent form.
Place clarified butter in flakes on top and quickly knead everything together into a smooth dough. Cover and rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Roll out thinly on a small amount of flour and cut out stars, garnish with chopped candied fruit. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake in the oven heated to 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Mix powdered sugar with a little bit of juice of one lemon to make a icing. Spread it on the cooled cookies.
