Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

Spread 1/2 tsp mustard on the top of each cutlet, sprinkle with pepper, salt and tarragon, spread shallot and bell pepper strips evenly on top, roll up, wrap each with a slice of bacon, pin with toothpicks and place together in a well-buttered gratin dish. Spread mushrooms evenly in between. Remove cheese skin, cut into four slices and cover the roulades with them.

Heat whipping cream and wine, mix in Maggi Fix and egg yolks, make short and spread evenly over cheese, roulades and mushrooms. Bake the dish in a heated oven at 200 °C for about 30 minutes and then serve it hot in the dish.
