For fried egg dish, chop parsley, pluck dill, cut cheese into strips.

In a skillet, heat butter on low heat not very hot. Crack eggs into pan, place cheese on top. Mash yolks and fry gently. Egg whites should become nice and firm, but yolks must remain runny. Do not scramble. However, cheese must melt.

Season the fried egg dish with salt, ground pepper and ground cilli, sprinkle with dill tips and parsley.
