A delicious fish recipe for any occasion!

Dry the fish fillets with kitchen roll and cut into 1 cm wide strips. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Mix the flour and cornflour and sprinkle over the fish strips. Fry immediately in batches in the hot butter. Place in a suitable bowl, sprinkle with juice of one lemon and cover.

Reduce the heat and sauté the onions in the drippings. Add the leek and sauté briefly. Sprinkle the curry on top. Extinguish with the white wine. Cover and cook for about eight minutes until soft.

Add the cream and continue until the sauce thickens slightly.

Add the fish strips one more time and just heat. Serve immediately.
