Hard boil the eggs, rinse, peel and cool. Cut them into slices and put them in a large enough bowl. Drain the celery and add it. Add the tomatoes in slices.

Mix a marinade of vinegar, mustard and oil, season with salt and pepper and pour over it. Sprinkle everything with chopped dill.
