Dry Mushrooms

Preheat oven to 80 °C top/bottom heat.

Clean mushrooms, wash only if absolutely necessary, otherwise brush carefully, cut into slices approx. 3 mm thick and place on a wire rack lined with baking paper.

Place rack in oven and dry with oven door slightly open (cooking spoon in between) in about 2 hours.

Let the mushrooms cool and store in tightly closed containers.
