Instructions:

For the cardinal slices, for the white layer, beat the egg whites, granulated sugar and preserving sugar until stiff.

For the yellow layer, beat the eggs, yolks, and sugar until foamy and fold in the flour.

Pipe 2 x 3 rows of the egg mixture onto the baking tray and in the meantime pipe the yolk mixture. Bake the mixture at 170 °C for 10 minutes and at 150 °C for 20 minutes.

Cut the baked mixture in half once in the middle, spread one layer with cranberries, spread the whipped cream on top and assemble.
