For the banana split pancakes, separate the eggs. Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix egg yolks with vanilla sugar, baking powder and flour well.

Add milk as needed, the mixture should be nice and creamy. Finally, fold in the beaten egg whites. Melt butter in a pan and add some batter (8-10 cm diameter).

Fry on medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden-yellow on both sides. Spread the pancakes on the plate. Cut bananas into slices. Spread ice cream and chocolate sauce on top.
