Instructions:

1. peel the avocados, cut them in half and remove the pit 2. take out the pulp and chop it 3. dice the feta cheese 4. cook the quinoa according to the basic recipe (*) 5. mix it with the pulp and the feta cheese 6. fold in the curd cheese 7. season the quantity and fill it into the avocado shells.

(*) The basic recipe for quinoa and amaranth: the grains are washed, similar to long-grain rice, and then boiled with twice the mass of water. Then they are left to swell on low heat for about 15 to 25 min. Quinoa cooks a little faster than amaranth.
