For the asparagus and wild garlic flambé, place the dough on a baking sheet and spread with crème fraiche. Meanwhile, cut the peeled asparagus into pieces and pre-cook in salt, sugar, butter water.
Chop the washed, well drained wild garlic and the bacon and spread on the dough. Strain the asparagus, drain well and place over the wild garlic and bacon layer.
Bake the asparagus and wild garlic flambé according to the instructions (approx. 15 minutes).
