Instructions:

rinse with lukewarm water, drain well. Heat the milk with the lemon peel. Melt the butter and sugar in the hot milk. Remove the lemon peel, add the long grain rice to the milk and let it bubble. Later make at reduced temperature with lid closed and without stirring for 25 min. Pour into a serving bowl and – provided that desired – dust with cinnamon. Bring to the table hot or cooled.
