For the abalone soup, bring the beef broth to a boil. Add the long grain rice. Cook from boiling for a good 15 minutes. Drain the abalones, reserving the juice.

Fry the peeled, diced onion in oil, add the garlic clove crushed with salt also briefly. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the abalones to the soup, the juice as well. Heat, season with new spices and sprinkle with chive rolls at the end.
