For the blueberry and curd strudel, wash the blueberries and roll out the dough.

Mix all the other ingredients well, spread the filling on one side of the dough. Scatter the blueberries on top and fold in the sides.

Roll up the blueberry and curd strudel and bake in the oven at 190°C for 30 minutes.
