Instructions:

For the pork lung roast rolls, cut the lung roast into thick slices then pound out thinly with a shredder and spread with mustard.

Top with pancetta and spread with the herbed cream cheese, twist into a roll and secure with a toothpick.

Mix the spices well in a bowl and turn the rolls in it. Place on a hot grill for about 5 minutes or fry in a pan.
