Instructions:

For stuffed onions, peel the onions, hollow out the insides with a pointed knife, rub with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.

Mix minced meat with soaked and squeezed white bread, eggs, salt, bell pepper, nutmeg, paprika and finely chopped onion insides and stuff into onions.

Put them in a baking dish, pour red wine and the chopped gherkin over them, cover with foil and let them stew in the oven for 40 minutes.
