Instructions:

For the dip with cottage cheese, first wash the celery stalks and pull down the strings. Then cut the stalk into very small cubes.

Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into fine rolls.

Peel the hard boiled egg, mash the yolk with a fork and cut the white into fine cubes. Put everything in a bowl.

Stir in the tablespoon of mayonnaise and add the cottage cheese.

Stir everything well and season with salt and pepper.

The dip with cottage cheese goes well with vegetable crudités.
