Clean kohlrabi, peel, halve and cut into narrow slices. Put kohlrabi slices with water and a little bit of salt in a glass mold. Cover and steam at 850 watts for 10-11 min until soft. Stir in between. Drain the cooked vegetables, add butter and mix. Season with salt and a pinch of nutmeg and heat at 850 watts for 1-2 min. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
