For the fried shrimp, cut off the heads of the shrimp and slit the shell at the back with a sharp knife or scissors.
Remove the intestinal thread, then wash and pat dry. Make a marinade of the ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, cumin, white wine vinegar and salt and marinate the shrimp in it overnight.
Heat ghee in a pan and fry the shrimp in it for 3 -4 minutes in small portions. Mix the fried shrimp with chopped parsley and garnish with lime slices.
