Try this delicious cake recipe:
Knead wheat flour, butter, millet flakes, salt with water to a dough, put to cool for 20 min.
Sauté onions in oil, add mushrooms, sauté until liquid evaporates. Add zucchini, season with salt, pepper, set aside.
Roll out dough on floured work surface, shape into a greased tart pan.
Mix egg, whipped cream, season with salt, pepper.
Form vegetable mixture on the dough, spread tomatoes, Gruyère and egg mixture evenly on it, bake in heated oven at 200 °C on the bottom of the oven for 20 minutes, then 10 minutes on the 2nd rack from the top. Garnish the tart with basil.
