Whip a batter with magarine, sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy, then add eggs, flour and baking powder. Mix the dough and spread it on a pre-greased baking tray. On top of the dough add sprinkles: 150 g magarine, 150 g sugar, 175 g flour, 50 g cocoa.
The crumbles are spread over the whole dough.
Baking time: 20 to 25 min at 180 °C .
While still warm from the stove, brush the cloud cake with 2 tablespoons of melted butter. After cooling, dust with powdered sugar. Done!
