For the spaghetti with chives sauce, bring a pot of salted water to a boil, put the spaghetti and cook until al dente. In the meantime, put garlic in a non-stick pan, add sour cream and remaining ingredients and heat gently (do not boil!). Drain spaghetti water after cooking time and add to sauce.
Mix the spaghetti with chive sauce well and serve.
