For the vegetable tofu curry, chop the onion and sauté in olive oil.
Once the onion has taken color, add the mixed vegetables (slightly thawed). Sauté both well. Now stir in the curry powder and then pour in vegetable soup.
Now roughly dice the tofu. Add the remaining spices, pour in Rama Cremefine and add the tofu cubes. Let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
Finally, sprinkle with a little flour, stir and when the vegetable tofu curry has reached the desired thickness, let it simmer to the end.
